Designed by Lance Tatum, architect, this home will showcase a butterfly roof on the Main House that will collect and divert rainwater into an underground concrete cistern located beneath the back entertainment deck. Gorgeous sunset views to the west, coupled with a large negative edge pool off the deck, will allow a wonderful entertainment space for small and large gatherings. Completion anticipated October 2010.
